Our Process

Prior to your sports massage, our therapist will ask you questions regarding issues or pain that you are experiencing. You may choose to point out certain area in your body that is affecting your lifestyle or performance. The therapist may also ask you to perform some squats or other physical postures to assess you mobility and flexibility of certain areas. Once the assessment is done, the therapist will proceed with the sports massage.

Caution: The massage by itself is intense. It is not a relaxing massage like swedish massage. The purpose of the massage to is to manipulate the muscles so please do expect some pain during the process.
