What is it?

Recovery Systems Compression

Recovery Systems is a compression tool that helps increase blood circulation. It accelerates the reduction of metabolic waste which helps muscles recovery by reducing lactic acid build-up. This compression method helps speed up muscle repair from intense sports training or competition. Beyond just recovery, recovery systems also helps relief swelling conditions such as Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), diabetes, lymphoma, edema and other circulatory issues.

Qi Bio-Mat

The Recovery Systems Qi Bio-Mat

We also incorporate in the use of Recovery Systems Qi Bio-Mat, which combines five different types of recovery modalities, also known as PEMF - Infrared, Negative Ion, Heat and Red Light therapy (or Photon light therapy). PEMF has proven to enhance recovery, detoxification, wound/injury healing, as well as boost mitochondrial health, nerve regeneration, improving nutritional uptake, and for bodybuilders - improve HGH levels naturally which thus allows your muscle to heal and grow quickly. This Qi Mat has also proven to improve mental and physical well being.

You may choose to take up either compression. Each compression method is 30 mins long at only $30. For package customers, this is a free add-on.
