What is it?

Recovery Systems is a compression tool that helps increase blood circulation. It accelerates the reduction of metabolic waste which helps muscles recovery by reducing lactic acid build-up. This compression method helps speed up muscle repair from intense sports training or competition. Beyond just recovery, recovery systems also helps relief swelling conditions such as Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), diabetes, lymphoma, edema and other circulatory issues.

Our Process

The Recovery Systems serves as an add-on feature on top after our standard therapy sessions. We have the 'Hip & Glute' Compression which focuses on your major and minor muscles surrounding your hip region, and the 'Full Leg' Compression which focuses on your muscles from your thigh down onwards. You may choose to take up either compression or both. Each compression method is 30 mins long at only $30.
